"This was one amazing paella, definitely one of the better (if not the best) ones that i’ve tried in Singapore. It was so wonderfully robust and full in its flavour, and the range of ingredients including mussels, chorizo, prawns, squid and chicken were generously added. It was extremely fragrant and the rice was cooked perfectly – not too dry and certainly not too wet. Every grain of rice was infused with the fragrance of saffron and seafood. I would definitely order this the next time i visit. Paella perfection in a pan!"

"From the mains, we say try the piping hot Paella de la Casa packed with chicken, seafood and plenty of flavour. One of the best paellas I’ve found in Singapore. Not sloppy and overly salted, but just as Spanish paella should be, naturally flavoursome and filling."

"A visit to My Little Spanish Place is hardly complete without an order of Paella de la Casa. Premium bomba rice is infused with house made seafood stock which crusts to perfection at the bottom of the paellera."

"The Paella de Marisco from this home-style restaurant is based on a native Spanish family’s traditional recipe. It’s cooked on a shallow pan with prawns, mussels, squids, fish and bell peppers. The saffron rice grains were slightly dry and well-separated. Scrape the bottom and sides of the pan to get the crisp and aromatic socarrat."
